    April 20,2022 Nissi M************** owner agency $305 for waist training and weight loss pills on cash app. She mailed the waist trainer it was to big, she said she would order a extra small from columbia and have it sent to me. I asked if she wanted me to send back the small and she stated not just keep it. When the trainer came I asked her what happen to the pills, she said she forgot. Then she mailed it to the wrong address. I called the *** tracking number to find out where it was they said it is back in Maryland at the post office waiting for her to pick it up. I then called her and informed her of this by leaving her a message. I never got a return call. I finally got in contact with her and she said she was having family issues and would send items. I waited and not t is October. I called frustrated and informed her to end my money or the items. She texted me and stated she will send the money on 9/15/22 when she comes from her doctor's appointment. This never happened. I called then she answer and hang up. I was so confused as to why your hanging up and if you owe me money and stated you was going t send it. I reachout often with no response. I send **** *** request for the funds nothing. I send messages asking to send the items if she don't have the money and send the item and still no response. I also paid her for sessions $400 or more in which I have not taken that is still useable. If i can't get my session in which she does good work I want all of my money back. This would be $700. I left her messages today on her web page stating that I don't know what happen and why i cant get my money, session or product.

    To the Dispute Resolution Team:

    I am writing in response to the complaint place by ******* *******. I sent out the clients Fat burning pills and ****. She stated she did not receive it and I gave her a tracking number. She admitted that the tracking number was found and she had to go to the post office to retrieve her merchandise. I informed her that I would give her a store credit if she wasn't satisfied with the merchandise. Also, for her services, all she had to do was book and keep her appointment. *** ******* has had a history of scheduling and not keeping appointments.

    I would like to resolve the issue by crediting the client a full refund.

    Please advice.
