    My primary doctor referred me to Moshedi. the procedures performed were basically the same as the one done at America's Best. His findings moved him to recommend an eye specialist. The problem was above his grade. Also to this day I have yet to receive a copy of the exam. I was told that it would be sent to my primary doctor, but nothing as of now. My issue is in regards to transparency of cost. I clearly told the office that (1) I did not have Part B of ******** and (2) that I would be paying out of pocket. They said that they accepted my care credit card. They still required my ******** information. Then I received a statement from ******** showing that Moshedi attempted to claim additional charges to my account of $375. When in the office they said the amount owed was $180. They were not up front with the actual amount, therefore denying me the right toclearly accept or deny their services. Now in December, Ireceived a bill from Moshedi in the amount of $195, of which I made a payment of $25. I should not be responsible for this bill. The exam that he conducted was no more than what America's Best provided and theirs was less expensive.
