I live in the United Kingdom. A few months ago, I got unsolicited phone calls from the USA from somebody who is unknown to me. (I believe this person is an agent of the merchant) In the series of calls she was persuading me to enrol in an IT course. She was saying that after the course that I will be earning over 1000 US dollars a day. I was telling her that the course fee which is 1500 US dollars is a lot of money for me to pay. She persuaded me to pay it with my credit card - she said that once I finished the course and started earning over 1000 US dollars a day that it will be very easy for me to pay off the credit card debt. I paid 1500US dollars and enrolled on the course. The course was supposed to start on –(06/02/2023) Soon after payment (before the date for the commencement of the course) I found out that there was gross misrepresentation on part of the marketers of the course. I found out that it is not true that I will get a job that I will be getting over 1000 US dollars a day and that this claim was made to lure me to part with my 1500 US dollars. I have not participated in the course because of this gross misrepresentation. I am asking for them to return my money based on this gross misrepresentation of their service/product. I informed them before the course date that I will need a refund and they have not replied despite my efforts to contact them. I will very much appreciate it if you get a full refund for me . Thanks Kind Regards ****************************
