    On Sat., Dec. 16th, Go4More sales rep ****** came to my front door around 8pm to sell magazine subscriptions. I was concerned that this was a scam but the information she shared about follow *** and order cancellations seemed thorough, so I kept listening to the sales pitch.Ultimately I opted to buy a subscription knowing I had 3 days to change my mind, per their cancellation policy.Once I started the payment process I quickly became uncomfortable since the "phone agent" knew my name and address before I could tell her ********* that point I decided submitting a cancellation was the safest route to go since I live alone and wasn't sure what other information their phone agent already had.Per the cancellation policy (printed on the back of the sales **************** copies; pink copies attached) I had until Dec. 19 to be eligible for a full refund.I submitted the yellow carbon copy + completed info in an envelope postmarked Dec. 18 (i.e. within the 3-day window).Several weeks later, the envelope came back with the address obscured; **** had no explanation for the mark*** (photo attached).I resubmitted the same envelope and tried again. Envelope came back twice more with no logical reason from ****.Emails to Go4More failed as the inbox is full (photo attached).Several phone calls went straight to voicemail, and those messages went unreturned.June 7, **** *****" answered a phone call and said his supervisor would call back.An hour later, **** *****" answered my call, saying the refund delay was "unacceptable" and she would personally submit it for me.July 1, after 4 calls **** *****" answered and said, again, she was sending the refund right away. I paid with a check but she insisted on getting my Venmo, despite having all the details for mailing a ******** of this writing, I have received neither a refund check nor a Venmo transaction. The calls don't seem to yield any action, if they are answered at all.

    A door to door saleswomen sold me a subscription to a magazine that I never received. My checked was cashed for $140. I want a full refund.

    Door knocker told me she was a single mom; this would help her feed her kids; she needed some funds; I bought one subscription for 140. Never received a single issue. Email requests to company bounced back.
