    I purchased a 2015 ****** ****** from D E Auto Service on Feb 12, 2022. The amount I paid for the vehicle was $4,550 which included their handling the title and tags. D E Auto agreed to complete repairs to the car which included changing the tires, repairing dent on passenger side, power steering and muffler work all at their expense. I was told by David E**'s the Sale Manager all repairs and title work would be done within a week. I called a week later, and the car was not ready. I received a text from the sales manager on Feb 21st to inform the car would be ready for pick up the next day; however, it was not. Over the course of 2 weeks from that date Mr. ***'s and his partner CJ gave reason after reason; some of which were conflicting, why the car was not ready. In the meantime, I was driving a rental and paying a daily rate. After almost 3 weeks I still did not have the car. I decided to cancel the purchase. March 2nd I received a text from Mr. E**'s stating he would refund my money in full for the purchase along with reimbursement for the rental car for the time inconvenienced which at the time was $500. He said payment would be issued on March 5th; however, this never happened. I stopped by the auto shop to see Mr. E***s as he said he'd be there; however, he was not present. I proceeded to speak with his partner CJ about my refund and was told he could not help me as he walked away and said I'd need to see Mr. E***s for my refund. Since my visit, I've texted messages and tried to reach Mr. E**'s almost daily requesting my funds be returned only to be ignored or told the funds were being sent. On one occasion, his partner CJ literally hung up the phone on me when I could not reach him. I'm requesting your assistance concerning this matter and would greatly appreciate your help. I have a bill of sale, invoice for the payment and text messages from Mr. E**'s making countless promises to return my money and still no funds have been sent. Thank you.
