    Transaction for my three year old dog ****** training was initiated on November 14, 2024 with Justice *******, owner of Polar Elite K-9 Training. First payment of $385 was also sent out of $770 with contract. $770 was initial payment for one on one training. An additional $300 was requested because it was decided she would be boarded while I was out of town from December 23, 2024 to January 4, 2025. During this time, I provided boarding care instructions (attached) and one emergency contact. Justice had complete care of **** and she was to be trained. He mentioned I would receive an after-training email with videos of what **** was being trained to do. I did not receive that, nor did she show any signs of training. On December 29, 2024, Justice contacted me stating he could not take care of **** due to flooding in his apartment. He proceeded to contact my emergency contact, ****** ******, who took her in for the remaining time. Justice picked up **** from Jordans place from then on for about two hours a day and then would return her. ****** specified the conditions he claimed for not being able to care for **** did not appear to be real, and **** was kept in a crate which she did not fit in while waiting to be picked up by ****** from Justice after "training". ****** is able to submit a statement if requested. I believe he charged me and **** was not trained at all. She has presented the same behavior, and Justice also presented poor business etiquette. I am requesting a full refund and formal complaint to his company. **** was also promised grooming towards the end for an additional 48$ fee to include nail clipping. Her nails were not clipped.
