    On 05/15/2023 at 8:50am I dropped my queen sized white comforter that has stripes on one side off to ZIPS CLEANERS on Laurel Bowie Road in Laurel Md to have it dry cleaned. I paid $24.99 to have it dry cleaned. It was supposed to be ready on Thursday 05/18/23 at 5:00pm. I came to pick my comforter up on 052723 at 12pm. The cashier **** *. told me he was unable to locate it and that I would need to come back at 12pm when the manager **** ****** would be in. Instead Of coming back I emailed **** ****** [email protected] at 9:24am. She responded and stated “I have received the information from my cashiers and I will be looking at this today. As soon as I have information for you, I will be back in touch. I am sorry for the delay and the confusion.” I gave her time to investigate the matter. Then on May 30, 2023 I emailed her asking the status of my comforter. **** emailed me on 053123 and stated “I believe that your comforter was given to another customer. I have contacted that customer and I am waiting on a response from them. Some days later I called and spoke with her and she informed me she spoke to the customer that the comforter was given to and when they bring it back she will re dry clean the comforter and give it back to me. I informed her that I don’t want my comforter back after some one else has used it. Also, that I want to be reimbursed for my comforter and for the cost of the dry cleaning. She stated that she needs to speak with her boss and get the comforter back first and then we can go from there. I gave her time to speak with her boss. However, I emailed her on 060123 and 061623 and I received no response. Also, I contacted ZIPS main head quarters and left multiple voice messages ###-###-#### and not one person has returned my calls. On 062623 I went to ZIPS Cleaners and spoke with **** ****** in person and she said the customer never returned my comforter and to fill out the claim form to be reimbursed which I did on the spot.
