    I had a survey performed by Mr. **** and the survey wasn't correctly done. There was some unethical issues . I have paperwork that indicatesMr. **** surveying was completely off. All I want is my money refunded for this night mare that I've been dealing with because I hired a professional surveyor to survey my property,however; this is against all moral principles, to charge someone for something that wasn't correctly done.

    Blue print of lot 22 shows 20 feet from property line not 24 feet. I can send you a copy of the originally blue print.  Look at the drawing from Maryland Surveying company and he states property line is 24 feet not 20 feet . Mr. **** was the one who had me call *** ****** ** ***** who recommened this surveyor, Mr. ******.  Mr. **** was ased to recommened a second surveying company and he wasn't able to provide any one.  Basically Mr. **** told Mr. ****** that he didn't do enough work to complete a satisfactory survey.  This is unethically

    I am rejecting this response because:, I hired Mr. **** to performed a correct survey. I wasn't accepting for  for Mr.**** points to be off.  This is unethical behavior and unproferrional. You took an oath with state and licensing. You should have been able to examine previous land recods to verify data from on site-surveys. You are the only person taken me into my neighbor yard.  I'm not able to read the papers that you sent me.  I was given ****** *** **** from Mr. ****, your person was the one who conclude that your survey was wrong. He also had a convesation with you and you admit that you were incorrect. I have a copy of the letter if needed.
