    Great start with the sales agent ****, however it went down hill from that point. I requested and paid for new tires and a couple of other items. As this Was in the winter, I had the bike delivered. Trusting nothing was wrong, I parked the bike in my cycle shell and did not look at the bike for a month. Once I opened it up a month later, I took the bike out for a ride and when I returned, I looked over the bike and noticed two thinks, muffler was scratching and the front tire was damaged like someone hit a curb. What I did wrong was accept the bike without inspecting it. What I have a problem is that one or more knew about the damage and did not have the integrity to fix the bike or let me know.

      In response to complaint#********:

    ***** ***** purchased a USED motorcycle (2017 ***** ******) from us 1-5-23 for a GREAT price.  He did not thoroughly inspect the USED bike upon purchasing it and we did in fact change the tires for him.  He spoke to our sales manager ****** (we do not have anyone employed by the name of ****) a few months ago and addressed his concerns about the scratches.  ****** told him months ago to bring the motorcycle to the shop so we could see what is going on with the bike.  However, he never brought the bike to the shop or even called us back to let us know anything.  He did however then file a BBB compliant which we were unaware of until you (******) reached out to me yesterday 6-7-23.  The scratches on the exhaust are NOT from us changing the tires.  The small mark on the tire can be removed with water as it is NOT a true scratch on the tire but most likely from the tools they use to mount the tire.

    In my personal opinion...*** ***** is trying to get a new "aftermarket exhaust" for free.  In buying a USED bike he should have addressed the scratches upon purchasing it, which he did NOT.  If you need anything more from me, feel free to contact me on my cell (as I am in and out of the office) which is ###-###-####.
