I was charged for services that were not performed. I was charged for labor which did nothing but trash my car, they took every panel off and left laying around. I still can’t figure out we’re half of them go and I didn’t get the hardware to put my trunk liner back on. Mainly I was charged for an oil change and battery replacement, I had a bad feeling with them so I got my oil redone fairly quick. I noticed my car wasn’t performing as it used to so I double checked the battery and the battery was never touched. They charged me for a battery they never installed, and I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure they didn’t touch the oil either

When *** *****'s vehicle came in to our service department, it had some electrical concerns. We did the oil change and replaced the battery. We started to try and diagnose the electrical concerns and found some rodent damage where some wiring was chewed up. We repaired those wires but the vehicle still had some concerns. When we looked further, we found more wiring chewed up and animal waste was all inside of the vehicle as well as the trunk. *** ***** then turned it over to his insurance
company, ***** ****. When the insurance adjuster came out to look at the vehicle, he did not want to get into the vehicle because of sanitary safety concerns. ***** **** and our Bodyshop adjuster came up with an estimate of almost $ 18,000 and ***** **** said that the vehicle was going to be declared a total loss. The charges that were on the repair order was for the work that was completed up to that point on the vehicle. ***** **** paid *** ***** for the work that we did up to that point and then *** ***** paid us and picked up the vehicle. That was done on July 13, 2023. The vehicle still had other issues from the rodent damage, but all work was stopped when his insurance company said that it was going to be totaled. The insurance company adjuster then told our Bodyshop estimator that the customer worked
out something so that he could keep the vehicle.

As long as the rodent waste has been cleaned out of the car, we would have no problem reattaching any interior trim panels inside the vehicle.
