    Liars, said they top off ww fluid when they change oil, lie, asked tires be rotated criss cross, “ok”, lie, front to back only. I know because of a leaking tire unable to locate leak ?? sold me a used vehicle with no manual in glove box, no lug nut key! Said I needed $800.00 repair due to leaking sway bar, not leaking, I bought part for $35.00 but it is not leaking!

    I brought my 2019 Honda Accord in for an air conditioning diagnostic because the air conditioning on my car abruptly stopped working. I was told by the service tech that if it was the condenser, it would be covered by Honda, due to some extended warranty on the part. Hours later I received a call from the same service tech confirming that it was in fact the condenser however Honda would not cover it because of some alleged debris that damaged the condenser. I was then told I would have to cover the entire cost of the condenser which would be $1455!! I escalated the situation all the way up to the GM of Ourisman of Honda before taking my car to another place, but he instructed me to provide maintenance information on my car and perhaps he could provide a discount. I did not feel good about any of the recommendations or how poorly I was treated, so I took the car to another Honda establishment where the condenser was replaced at no charge to me! There was no conversation whatsoever about the condition of the condenser it was just the epitome of good honest service. I cannot begin to explain the level of frustration I experienced with Ourisman Honda of Laurel! I feel duped, I feel like the establishment saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and 100% do not trust this company. I feel the need to warn other Honda owners to beware! I am so happy I trusted my gut and took my car to another Honda organization! To all my fellow Honda owners, if it does not feel right, it probably isn't!! Steer clear of this place! I just dodged a $1455 bill!

    Hello, thanks for your note. We are glad to hear that the part replacement was covered. Per our mention and per our agreement with Honda we just needed to provide documentation that the car had prior service and Honda would likely be willing to cover.. Its out intention to always resolve concerns as well as follow manufacture guidelines regarding reporting when warranty claims are at stake. Sounds like you are resolved at this point.
