    After receiving satisfactory service from Minnick's Inc for 11 years, my experience with them in June 2022 has been appalling. An inexperienced Minnicks technician came out on Thursday June 23, 2022, on a semi-annual maintenance service call, to check my air conditioning system. I had experienced no problems with the system until after the technician serviced the system and assured me that everything was fine. By Friday June 24, I noticed that the system was not on and the weather channel was forecasting high temperatures for the weekend, which was realized. Since I am a senior citizen and concerned about my health, I made several calls over the weekend for the company to send out someone to fix my system; on Sunday, I received a call indicating that someone would be out on Sunday. No one showed. The company sent a technician out on Monday, who discovered that a switch had not been turned on; however, that technician failed to properly reprogram my thermostat. The operations manager assured me, on Monday, June 27th that I would be receiving a refund of my over $200 service payment; this never happened. Despite subsequent calls I have made to the operations manager, Paul, and the CEO, Rob Minnicks, they have not responded. I too will be taking the issue further.
