an employee of **** created a disturbance within my house by parking and sitting out front listening to music I heard the bass came outside, waited 10 minutes estimated. Finally he got out. I told him. It was private property, my parking spot and he was creating disturbance in my house by my dogs and also interrupting working from home onlie for the government. He told me he would not move his Van. He was working on a house near mine.I called the police. He called the supervisor they both came out. They both told him to move. He eventually moved the Van, as he continued to insult me and Became aggressive. The police left once he moved his van. The supervisor stayed. I spoke with him and said I didn't want any problems. When the supervisor Was right next to me. The employee began to walk to me in my face he aggressively stood in front of me. the supervisor had to push him back, he was invading my personal space and instigating a physical altercation. The supervisor told him to stand back Put his hands in between us as for he was that close and still coming.on the job being paid representing a company. no concern he laughed at me and said I will not lose my job for this, the supervisor said That he would talk To him. no consequences for earning money representing a company and trying to start a fight. He says he will not lose his job not Worried about me. as he continued to laugh and not accept responsibility. This ended with me And his supervisor Shaking hands saying that he would talk to him.

WSSC High cost and terrible customer service.
First wait on hold for 15- 20 minutes to speak with a customer service representative
When you call to dispute a water bill they just site company policy. When you say you need to speak with a manager you are told " they will just tell you the same thing "
I won't matter that your account has been in good standing without prior history of missed payments.
If you make an error entering your account number on line. You will NOT be contacted electronically but by snail mail. So you have No opportunity to make an immediate correction to data entry error. Now a $35 dollar fee is added.
in the meantime you have an email and a hard copy delivered confirming your on- time payment.
    Utility Monopoly
After a hard rain don't hang around Crownsgate Village in GT, Maryland all you will smell is sewer.
