On 1/23/2025, at approximately 6:02am, I was heading outside to get into my personal automobile and notice a black male in a black truck, what appeared to be a tow truck, stealing with my personal property. I sister screamed in for sister we got in her car. We approached the truck and I got out of the car and stated, "hey that's my personal property, what are you doing, drop my automobile now". The black male pulled around me and began to drive off fastly with my automobile on the back of his tow lift. We then drove behind him, he kept stopping and backing up in the street. We were able to block him in the gas station. He got out and said he was given my personal private information, he showed me my addresses, name, etc in his handheld tablet. I did not authorize or give written consent to this male or any tow company to access to my personal information. I am now in fear of my safety and my life. My privacy rights were violated. This unidentified male called a man named ***** ****** on his cell phone. While on speaker phone, I advised ***** ****** that in no way do I authorize or give consent to use my private information and that his employee must drop my automobile immediately. This male or ***** Cranes did not provide any documentation to me, they just sole my personal property. I advised both that my private automobile was tranferred/sold to my living trust and recorded on May 03, 2024 and that I and my trust are the secured parties and creditors of all property. I showed clear documentation from the Maryland Secretary of State, and Colorado evidencing my ***-1 Lein of $100Million to $500Million and that all property had been accepted my value and exempt from levy, adjustment of public law *****, Public law chap 48 (48 stat. 112), UCC *****, House Joint Resolution 192. I advised that this was theft of property and identity theft. He called the police, and told them, since he had unlawful possession of my automobile he would not drop it.
