     ordered a 3-ton engine hoist on-line in July 2022 and paid $88.92 by credit card. I first received the wrong product (a man's dress belt) and emailed the company providing photos to them of the wrong product. On July 23rd, I received an email from them stating the hoist was being shipped. On Aug. 2nd, I emailed them again to inform them I had not received any shipping information. They responded the same day with tracking information for the shipment, stating I should receive the hoist within 10-20 days. On Aug. 25th, the tracking information site indicated my order had been lost in shipment. I emailed the company that same day with a screenshot of the tracking site information. On Aug. 26th I received an email from the company confirming that my order had been lost and offered to "re-ship" the product, which I agreed to. On Sept. 6th, I emailed the company telling them I had not received any tracking information. On Sept. 7th I received new tracking information for the re-shipment of the hoist. On Sept. 22nd I checked the tracking site which showed there had been an attempted delivery on Sept. 21st. That was not true. I emailed the company and told them that information was not true because I am retired and was home the entire day. The responded telling me to be patient, that the information sometimes does not update readily. Today (Sept. 24th) the tracking site states that my order may have been lost in shipment. At this point, I really just would like a refund and I will purchase the hoist locally.

    I ordered a ********** 45mil EPDM Rubber Pond Liner 15ft.x20ft." on July 6, 2022 for $82.68. On July 22, 2022, I received a belt. When I ordered from the company I did not expect international shipping because their website says that they are in Maryland. International shipping takes too long. The project that the pond liner was purchased for needs completed 2 weeks ago. Now I'm behind schedule due to their admitted "logistics" mistake. I asked them to refund my money so I can complete my project as the shipping will take too long. They first offered a 60% refund, of which I refused because their company made the mistake. They then offered a 70% refund, of which I refused again. Their latest offer was that they would keep $7 and refund the rest. I did not make the mistake and at this point I just want a FULL refund so I can complete my project!
