I purchased brand new tires from the dealership, Ive had to go back several times to have their errors corrected from not installing tires properly. In the process my sunviser was broken, and I sat and waited 4 hours. I contacted corporate and she literally had no idea and just kept making excuses for the dealership. I had just had my oil changed at my familys dealership and no leaks were found and when I went in the last time and Fitzgerald checked my jeep and all of a sudden there was a oil leak after they did an inspection that wasnt necessary for warranty or fixing my tires and I want to know how that happened.
