    I booked a hair service for July 28, 2023 for $200. I paid a $120 deposit on July 25th. And I paid the rest + tip on ******* for the remaining balance on July 28th. I was over charged on July 25th, $80. Which would have meant the payment was covered for. On July 26, I was charged $25. On August 1st, I was charged $25 and then separately $60. I did not realize I was overcharged until a week after the appointment. I contacted her and she took a week to respond and said she would initiate the refund. I never received the refund. I reached out to her on Aug 23, never heard back. I reached out again on Aug 26th, no response. I reached out again on Sept 19, no response. I reached out again today, October 18th. No response. The total of $80 + $25 + $25 + $60 = $240. The total hair appointment cost, was supposed to be $200. I ended up paying $440 for the service, $240 over the agreed and advertised amount.

    I became a client in 2021 of "Snatched by Barbie." The merchant and I had good rapport. She remained professional until an incident regarding an overcharge in December 2022. In November 2022, merchant the merchant sent me a text regarding a hair special coupon code that I could use on her booking site. I applied the code and decided to choose the deposit option. The total for the entire hairstyle was after applying the coupon was: $210, my deposit was $84. I planned to give her the remaining balance of $126 at time of service in alignment with her policy of receiving it via "cash/*******/***** ***." I also texted her back with gratitude and notification that I booked an appointment for March 2023. However, December 2022, I received two unauthorized charges in increments of $126 from Snatched by Barbie in which resulted in a result of $252 being withdrawn from my bank account in total. I contacted the merchant and she ignored my communication attempts. Then, I informed my bank of the happenings and they opened an investigation. Surprisingly, the merchant provided my bank a receipt of the second payment made via ****** on her booking site portal as well as saying I paid a new total: $336 for the appointment whereas I then begin to realize my filed banking information was applied without my authorization. Once I emailed the merchant, with the documentation, she then replied verbatim: "Hello ! Im sorry I didnt get your text message. This service was Deleted when a service is no longer available or price has changed my booking site will attempt to charge your account for the original service and price. If the service is no longer available and you havent paid in full it will automatically cancel your appointment. The original price of the appointment was $335 thus is why it charged for remaining balance. Sorry I didnt see your text message I hope this information was helpful." I continued to request for a refund being that her services were not rendered.
