    This eye Insurance is not worth anybody’s time or money. I have been with superior vision more than 10 years but will be canceling this month. I purchased my last pair of glasses out of pocket then filed the needed paperwork foe lens reimbursement. When the reimbursement finally came, they have added a random co-pay, and didn’t even reimburse the full amount that was listed on my
    Benefits page. When I reached out to Support for clarification, they could not explain why the co-pay was charged or why the amount was less than what should’ve been sent. All they would tell me was the billing department did not make any mistakes. Not a good user experience and Customer Support made it clear. They really did not care about the problem.

    Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.
    My son's doctor only accepts this insurance, but even with that, I'm canceling the coverage.
    We had to get the eye exam prior to school starting and it was the ONLY time we could see the doctor. Superior denied the claim indicating it hadn't been a full year since the last exam. We pay every month just to use the benefit ONCE a year and yet, they caught us - how clever! I submitted a grievance and didn't even get a response for 6 months. After numerous calls someone got back to me to advise that it hadn't been a year so no coverage.
    Superior vision won't see a red cent from me ever again.
    Furthermore, when we order glasses, their coverage is miniscule compared to other vision providers. Once again, buyer be aware - do NOT buy coverage from Superior.
