    I feel taken advantage of, not realizing the designer was churning up hours @ $225/hr while I thought we were waiting on the condo decision to approve removing carpet for vinyl. Nothing could be decided until the floor was down first. I put down $500 & thought I would be notified when I had used that up. I later received a bill for over $4k, nothing was bought or decided on. She may be a very accomplished decorator, but I should not have hired her for 2 rooms.
