I took my for a oil change an* tire rotation July 2 at 2023 I pay with my cre*it car* an* amount of $123.34 on the invoice names are *erron * an* Jayliciai * in*icate that everything was tappe* off a couple *ays later ! They sai* that the invoice show that they suppose*ly have service check list everything an* that’s impossi*le. I work for Amazon We*nes*ay through Satur*ay on my way to work, on my *ash*oar* in my car as I was on the highway putting up to service now !I contact the manager at Jiffy Lu*e to let him know that my *ash*oar* is saying service now an* I took my car in a couple *ays to get the oil change* an* tires rotate* on July 9 2023 aroun* 2:00 pm my car starte* smoking !I pulle* over an* when I poppe* the hoo* I notice* that my coolant system tank was empty I calle* **A they took my car to the mechanic spot. I got a phone call the next morning to let me know what was going on with my car on top. They ha* *a* news the state that my motor was *amage when I went in to **A to check on my car they the manager aske* me *i* someone cut my I guess sa*otage my car I *i*n’t get no answers have not got no answers, an* I just *een waiting for Jiffy Lu*e to respon* in a timely manner. I’ve ha* to notify my insurance to put a Report in that my car have *een in the shop an* I’ve *een out of my car an* then I’m out of work *ue to this careless act with Jiffy Lu*e! I ha* contact an* reache* out to Jiffy Lu*e corporate office, an* I honestly have not gotten a return phone call *ack from the corporate office when they say someone will *e contacting you in two *usiness *ays! So **A ha* to run tests an* see why my car was overheating an* they in*icate to me that the motor is gone so that means the transmission all *ay to *e replace an* they tol* me it was gonna *e like $312 for the little metal work that they *one *ut they get my car *ack on the roa*. It will *e 1700 to replace, the *amage that Jiffy Lu*e *one .
