  I registered my oldest son for a "flag football camp" via Keith ******** Pro Soccer summer camps billed as such:New for Summer 2024: We are excited to offer Half Day Flag Football Camp option to our Summer ************* for ages 5-18 and open to both boys and girls, our camp is designed to promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment.Upon arrival, my son was the only participant for the flag football camp and by far the oldest (13). He ended up spending the day staying at the "flag football station" as he was lumped in with the "all sports camp," which we opted not to sign him up for. He even helped counselors with the younger athletes, so he ended up working part of the day we paid for.I spoke with Mr. ******** on July 8 following camp and he said this did not happen and that my son elected to stay at the flag football station of his own freewill. He did, because that's what we signed him up for. He also told me there were 6 people signed up for flag football program, but later admitted they were moved from all sports to have numbers. Had we known ahead of time our son would have been the only participant, we would have not sent him. Mr. ******** said he didn't have time to dispute facts and he would give us a credit. I declined as I did not want to go back to one of his camps. I would still like a refund of the $295.00 we paid for false advertising of his summer camp. Mr. ******** was so rude, we've elected not to have our younger son return to camp for the week either.

  We offered a dedicated flag football camp staffed with a college athlete who has played football all his life. 
  
  We offered a camp credit, valid for Flag Football, All Sports, and Soccer Camps, or any other program we offer. 
  
  Our refund policy states:
  
  All sales are final and there will be no refunds. If a cancellation is received before the start of a camp, clinic, or session, the amount paid toward that registration may be applied to any other KVE program in the form of a credit. This credit must be used within one year of the original purchase date. No refunds/credits are available for Birthday parties. KVE Pro Soccer Club and ***************** families must give 30 days notice of cancellation, otherwise they forfeit one month's fee.

  I was not notified that the business had replied to the compliant until after the 5-day request window. The issue is not resolved to my satisfaction.

  The business states it offered a dedicated flag football camp, which it did not. My son was the only registrant and they put him in the "all sports" camp, which is not what we were signed up for nor was advertised as an option if attendance in flag football was low / non-existent. Furthermore, staffing by a college athlete "who has played football all his life," is not an excuse for not satisfying the terms of registration. We did receive an offer of a camp credit, but after such a **** and rude reply from *** ********, there is no way I would send my child to a camp he runs / operates. Since we were not offered what we registered for nor were we delivered that experience, I still would like a refund despite the vendor's policy which does not state anything about failing to provide the atmosphere advertised.
