      January 26, 2023 the company came out to install a new boiler. When the crew left that day, we had heat but no hot water. They stated that water pressure in the house was too high, despite the old system working fine with the pressure. They came back Saturday and installed a regulator that reduced water pressure to the point at which we could not wash our hands or flush a toilet. The tech came out again on Monday and Tuesday to try something else with no success and a new excuse. We were promised by the company that a plumber would come to replace parts reused from the old system that may be causing a problem on Wednesday. Having no time given for an appointment, we called and got the run around. Going on 5 days with either no hot water or water pressure and the problem not being dealt with. We were given an estimate for additional repairs by the plumber even though the parts should have been installed new with the boiler. Salesman later said no charge after we questioned the bill. Didn't expect to have to hire another company to fix this botched installation.

      Since the start of installation on 1/26 Friday, our team went back to the customer house on 1/29 Monday, 1/30 Tuesday and 1/31 Wednesday to diagnose and fix the issues. The heat and hot water was restored on 1/31 Wednesday. Our team is scheduled to go back on 2/6 to replace the last part (oos locally and waiting for shipping in) and complete combastion testing.

      Two months ago, Super Tech gave me an estimate and then installed an AC unit at my home. I advised Mr Z**** that my home was just over 2,000 square feet. It also gets direct sunlight at the front of the house. Mr Z**** did not adhere to recommended standards and installed a unit too small to adequately cool the house. The thermostat is set at 72 and by afternoon the temperature of the house is 76. Their service technician, Gary, came out and his suggestion was to move the thermostat which would do nothing to cool the house. I consulted the company that I have a service plan with and they noted that refrigerant was low so added one unit. That did not solve the problem. The unit is simply not the recommended size to cool my house. Mr Z**** made an error in judgment and I would like the unit to be replaced with one of recommended size to effectively cool my house.

      Our service manager went to customer house and made some remedies. He is scheduled to visit there after a week or two (currently scheduled at 7/25) to see whether those remedies resolve the issue.

      We are actively working with the customer to resolve this issue.
