      ON WEDNESDAY NOV. 22TH 2023 , SENIOR HELPERS SENT ME CAREGIVER AID TO TAKE ME TO MY DOCTORS APPTS. AND COME BACK AND FINISH OUT THE FOUR (4) HOUR SHIFT OF HOUSE CHORES. WHEN WE GOT BACK TO MY HOUSE SHE WENT IN THE BEDROOM TO STRIP THE BED,SO TO START LAUNDRY.SHE STAYED SO LONG I WENT IN TO SEE WHY TAKING SO LONG. SHE HAD THE DOOR CLOSEAND IN THE BATHROOM ON HER PHONE.,SHE ASK ME WHAT YOU DOING FOLOWING ME AROUND, THAT WHEN I TOLD HERNONE OF THE OTHER AIDS HAD EVER CLOSE THE DOORS AND THIS MY HOUSE I CAN GO WHERE I WANTED TO,SHE THEN CAME OUT OF THE BEDROOM AND PUT THE ****** IN THEWASHER SOON I WENT BACK IN THE ***** SHE WENT BACK IIN THE BATHROOM AND CLOSE THE DOOR GOT BACK ON HER PHONE,AND STAYED IN THE BACK FOR WHILE,THEN CAME AN TOLD ME SHE FINISH AND SHE WAS LEAVING, ITOLD HER NOBODY HAD EVER FINISH CLEANING IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. I THEN CALLED SENIOR HELPERS TO TELL THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING TALKING TO MANAGER MASSEYA , SHE SAID IF SHE WANT TO GO SHE COULD. THE AID LEFT.ON THE WEEKEND I WENT IN MY BEDROOM TO GET SOME MONEY AND ALL$1200.00 OF MY MONEY WAS GONE. NOBODY HAD BEEN IN MY HOUSE SINCE SHE LEFT MY HOUSE, MY DAUTHER CAME BY TO TAKE ME OUT WHEN I DISCOVER ALL MY MONEY GONE OUT THE BEDROOM. ON MONDAY I WENT UP TO SENIOR HELPERS OFFICE AND REPORTED MY LOST TO MESSEYA THE MANAGER, SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD IINVESTIGATE THE MATTER ANDGET BACK, LATER THAT SHE E-MAILED ME ASKING FOR A REPORT OF WHAT HAPPPENED, SO I E-MAILED BACK THE INCEDNT REPORT. WAITED SEVERAL DAYS TO HEAR BACK NOTHING, WITH ME CALLING SENIOR HELPERS BEING TOLD WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU NEVER HAPPEN. AFTER NOT HEARING FROM THEM BY ***** OF THE YEAR I FOUND OUT THEY HAD CORPORATE AT ********************* TOWSON,SO I WENT UP THERE AN REPORTED IT TO A ***** ******, HE TOLD ME IT WAS NOT HIS DEPARTMENT BUT PASS IT ON TO *** ***** WHO HANDLE THAT AND WROTE DOWN CONTACT INFO FOR ME. I CALLED *** ***** FOR TWO(2) WEEKS NO CALL BACK,SO I LOOK FOR THE OWNERS ATTHE BIG OFFICE,AFTER FINDING THAT I CALL LEAVING VOICE MAILS AGAIN. THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH ME,SO I AM FILING A COMPLAIN WITH ************************

      Dear BBB: 

      Senior Helpers met with the caregiver that provided service to Mr. ******** on November 22, 2023 and she indicated that when they returned from the appointment, she started a load of laundry. Then she cleaned the bathroom for approximately 30 minutes and that the client was upset because other caregivers normally spent the whole shift cleaning the bathroom. The caregiver told the client her duties were only light housekeeping, which is accurate. She then asked the client what other duties he would like for her to perform and he told her to make his bed. She said the client stood right there while she was making the bed. After that task, he told her to leave.The client did indicate to our office that he had loose cash in an unsecure location under his mattress.

      The caregiver that provided services to Mr. ******** has been employed by Senior Helpers since April, 2023 and has worked for eight (8) other clients without any complaints or problems.  Senior Helpers performed a background check on the caregiver, as is performed on all caregivers prior to an assignment. The caregiver's background check was clear.  We understand that the client has filed a police report with the ******************** but we have not as of yet been notified by the Police.

      I am rejecting this response because:   My original compliant submitted was accurate and this response from Senior Helpers is inaccurate. Based upon what I have read in their response these are the inaccuracies.

         1st Caregiver was not in the bathroom cleaning for ************************************* the bedroom to get the linen from to begin the laundry. Unfortunately, she was in the bedroom for a lengthy amount of time. This prompted me to go and see what was taking her so long to get laundry started.

          Secondly Caregiver did not clean the bathroom for 30 minutes. She entered the bathroom ran the water in the sink with the door partially closed and on her phone. This response has been dissected to meet their credibility. Therefore, the amount of time the caregiver has been with Senior Helpers doesn't reflect what happened at my home. The officers name and compliant number was given to the Vice president of Operations and he *** ***** stated he would get back to me. And I have not heard anything before you all sent me this response. I will be sending documents of how I tried to contact Seniors Helpers through the months.

      I get calls every day from this company about services. I am not Interested at this time and told them to add my number to the do not call list and the calls and text still keeps coming in and I always get a voicemail from them also.
