      ****** *****BB, however, I can not figure out how to transfer pictures from my email to desk top in order to upload to BBB. Meanwhile, Braun's Moving company has received photo's of the damages via text to ************. The $500.00 balance was paid via check on March 11, 2023 at the new moving location with check #****. Check #**** cleared on March 13, 2023 from SECU 6989 account number for $500.00. **********************'s ********************** company does not need to worry about me ever seeking service from their company. Please excuse grammatical errors. Thank again BBB Respectfully,

      First and foremost, we sincerely regret that your experience with Braun Moving did not measure up to your expectations, or the standard that we hold ourselves to.


      At Braun Moving we pride ourselves on ***************** having served the local community for almost 30 years. Our #1 job is to satisfy our customers with our service and are truly sorry about the situation that happened with your move. Here is our policy per the contract that you signed. We are NOT responsible for the size of the furniture if it does NOT fit thru hallways. We were told to try to fit the furniture anyways. Please read our contact that was signed by the customer at the job and we always email before job is booked.

      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted the owner at ************ on March 15, 2023 because I heard absolutely nothing from the company since BBB contacted him regarding my initial complaint on December 31, 2022.  When **** contacted me on December, 31, 2022 concerned about me filing a complaint, he promised me that I was next in line.  I contacted the owner (**** ) on March 15, 2023 at ************ because I heard absolutely nothing from the owner, no status, no nothing.  When I spoke to **** he sounded as if I was, "nagging him."  It is going on six (6) months, I am entitled to receive my down payment in the amount of ******** back because ************************* had no intentions on servicing my property is the reason why the owner NEVER notified me, or followed up with me regarding anything.    PLEASE  REFUND MY ********.  I do not even trust that his business would repair the foundation of my home properly.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am prepared and well organized to escalate this complaint with the Consumer Protection with the Attorney General's Office.  I have all documents dealing with BRAUN, in addition, my son's tall chest was not covered with a blanket, and thin enough to maneuver out the door without damaging anything.  I did not discuss anything with the two (2) movers that you sent and is not included on any of your advertisement nor contract(s).
