The only reason they got 2 stars is a couple decent field techs. The owner disregarded our opinions in a condescending fashion and with the county health department’s support proceeded to destroy our property including drainage lines installed not a year prior. He mislead us in telling us that he would “work with us” if we needed to have his septic truck return for wastewater removal during the 3 weeks backlog of county run perk tests however the $300 bill was expeditiously demanded. Our beloved estate was stripped barren left to mud shale and rocks. Over the septic tank we have multiple pvc risers protruding from the ground with a large plastic green manhole cover placed knee-high between them. At the far end of the drywell they left a 4” pvc riser 4’ out of the ground and on an 80 degree tangent that the field techs were savvy enough to tell me that “I could cut it at ground level”.
We continue to have drainage issues due to the damaged poly line. As usual my complaints to their office manager “the owners wife” went unanswered. She is however very adept at issuing bills and subsequent follow up on payment methods. A technician for Roto Rooter referred this company and I’m certain my experience is more typical than those few who were actually satisfied with the service that was Legacy.

*** *******, we understand that the extent of excavation needed for septic system repair / replacement can be markedly extensive. Also the resulting observation and access ports can be unsightly for some property owners and we do suggest ornamental rocks or septic safe plants for those homeowners. Both your contractor and your county health department work together to design a replacement system that will be least disruptive but also to provide longevity and value. The downspout drains that were already there were located across the new drainfields and as a result, there was no choice but to affect those. This entire system was installed per county permitting and code.

Also, we need to note that this work was performed one year and two months ago.
