      If I could give this scammer no stars I would. He and an insurance agent is in the business of scamming and preying on individuals who has had damage done to their homes. Mr. Melvin isn't fixing anything he is tearing things up! Mr. Melvin needs to be stopped.

      Mr. Delbert M***** is running an insurance scam with an insurance agent! They are preying on the weak. He was referred to me by my insurance agent who made it seem as though he was here to assist. When he saw that I was not going to allow him to get over he begin not to complete the work. Not only did he due shabby work he destroyed a lot of my belongs. He broke my stove, my cabinets, my blinds, my storm doors, my brand new hot water tank. He requested the remaining balance stated he needed supplies and never came back. He's a liar and a scammer!! Everyone he hired was drunks and junkies. He refuse to answer any of the calls, or respond to any text. Do not use him. He show you fake photo's of work and say he did it and yet his work looks nothing like it. The insurance agent that he is working with is getting a cut and while they rob State Farm blind and preying on the distraught customer

      He took my money and did not complete the work!!! He also destroyed my property in the process!! He is an insurance fraud!!! He is working with an insurance agent to help prey on people.

      He tore my my cabinets up, my blinds, my stove, my hot water tank and my paint job!!!! He has a bunch of drunks and druggies working!!
