    I took two days of classes mid September 2022, and was told that I would receive a copy of fingerprints and proof of class completion on the same day as the final class. At the time of writing this, it has been five months and I am still waiting on those documents, with no indication as to when or if I will ever receive them.

    I have unsuccessfully tried to reach out to Iota many times. On the (very) rare occasion that they have responded to any texts, emails, and phone messages over the past months, they claim they will send the files within the next day, which has always been untrue.

    I spent around $300 and they ghosted me without sending me the documents that I was promised.
