    was promised a tx credit, ande offset of my energy bill was lied too. I also see they don't have a license and same name as othwer companies ??

    Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to rebuttal this customer complaint because you are correct there is definitely 2 sides to every story. This customer has been a problem for us since day 1. Mr. *** got upset after the installation because my Generac subcontractor that sold him a generator must've not followed through and showing up to install the generator a couple times. Instead of him complaining to the Generac representative, he proceeded to put a scathing review on ****** reviews about us. He is the only 1 star review we have. All the rest of 5 star reviews. We don't do business like he stated online. But just to do the right thing even though this wasn't my companies fault, I proceeded to pay 1 whole year of free solar for this gentleman. I literally sent him a check for $3,168. I didn't have to do that but I felt it was the right thing to do. 

    Now here we were again this customer is trying to defame our name which is not warranted. The initial complaint is about the federal tax credit. He is complaining he never received it. That is a government incentive on a federal level that incentivizes homeowners to go solar. The government promises to pay 30% towards yours solar panel system. This is something he has to work out with his accountant. He is again pointing the finger at the wrong company. We explain you qualify for this incentive based off your tax liability. We are not r tax experts. We are solar experts. 

    As far as the offset of system, he has had the system up and running for a year and a half now and is just complaining about offset. His system is built to produce 100% offset on a yearly basis. The way it works is he is gonna generate in the summer months when sun is out and days are longer probably 200% but in winter months less sun and shorter days less than 100% offset. But it all averages out to 100% offset. We fully explained all this to him. If he would e just called us we could run a diagnostic to make sure everything is running smoothly just in case. But he goes this route rather than communicating this to us like all 200 other customers do. This is the first I'm hearing of this. 

    As far is my licensing and using other names, we are and have always been JC Solar LLC and my EIN number is
    **********. I think what Mr. *** is referring to is a company based out there of Texas that has several complaints and court cases against them that is named JC Solar also but they are in no way related to me. We don't do business in *****. They are a completely different company. Nevertheless I have bent over backwards for this customer in every way. I am not sure what else to do to make this customer happy. I don't have 1 customer that is not happy with my service because I always do the next right thing because it's just who we are. We are a Christian based company and we are proud Christian's that live and practice spiritual principles in everything we do. 

    Please tell me if there is anything else you need from us. I'm not sure what else I can do for this customer but I'm willing to find a FAIR resolution. Thank you so much for your time.
