This is the most unprofessional resort I have ever come into contact with. The lady we spoke to said that they don't have any information. We still decided to go with them because it was the holidays, skiing conditions and poor customer service. We visited **** during Holidays, The slopes were sheer ice. It had rained that day and the snow conditions were not great. The green trails were so icy in most of the parts, especially on the turns. It was dangerous. Two of the family members in our group got hurt, and the resort could care less. The process for checking in and getting equipment was confusing, and the layout for was strange and inefficient. No assistance or directions from the people working there. Lifts are dated and slow, trails are fine, nothing special. But the real showstopper here is the low employee morale. Most frustrating is the fact that the employees will tell you anything to get them off their back, and most of the time whatever they told you does not turn out to be true. They do not allow kids on the coaster anymore. They must be 8 AND 54 inches tall. No more child riders. This should print our on the waivers so we would realize it before we have the kids in the building ready to ride. Heck even us adults were disappointed. My suggestion is to have it print in bold letters on the waiver. We did not finish the 2 hours of skiing we paid for because of how disorganized it was (employees) and it was not safe at all. I want a refund of what we paid for. This is fair since we drove 3 hours to do something for Christmas eve and we ended up with disappointment. I would like to resolve this matter between Wisp Resort and me if its not possible I would dispute the charge through my bank. I hope the management is able to make some much-needed changes.Thank you.

On 12/20/2022 we purchased lift tickets from WISPs website. The website advertised the tickets being $79 for adults and $59 dollars for juniors if purchased in advance. We purchased 2 adult tickets and 2 junior tickets in advance, online but instead of paying the advertised price, we paid $89 for each adult ticket and $69 for each junior. After talking to WISP at the office, in person, they said they cannot issue a refund because it was purchased online through their third party network. They were not willing to contact their third party and instead provided me with the contact details.I called the number WISP provided for their third party network, but it did not work (invalid number).I am requesting a $40 dollar refund based on the difference of what I paid and what they were advertising for their lift ticket prices.
