    I had a party couple weeks ago in Urban Air and I feel like I have been trapped for the tips. The staff asked me if 18% tips ok but I asked if I can see the detail invoice before pay. The staff told me I can only see the detail break down after I pay. I wasn't think thoroughly and paid which is I am so regret. Afterward, I reviewed the receipt and found 3 additional kids had been counted. The staff said they can only give me 3 coupons for the additional kids but the tips and taxes I paid was based on the incorrect total amount. The tips was over $100 which is I was shocked. During the party, a basket ball from the court hit our drink and made it spilled around, good that it didn't hit anyone or the birthday cake otherwise it would ruin the party, but it is enough to show the potential safety issue. If the staff paid attention to the count, I shouldn't pay unnecessary tips and taxes and they have no way to reimburse for me. Later on, another staff said to the one who handled my bill said you didn't have enough training, should have another person to do my party bill. Honestly I don't think it is worth to pay over a hundred dollar tips. I am sure it will be a good story to share everyone I know and good topic in the year end parties how bad experience in Urban Air party.

    I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year now. Every-time I go to try to cancel my membership there is No help to do so. I can't find the website to cancel on because it takes me back to the main website which has no info where to cancel. I'm very angry at the poor information exactly to where to cancel. I'm paying monthly and I used it one time. I've tried continuously to cancel and it still hasn't been resolved. This Needs to be canceled now!!. Im not the first person has complained about this either. So what I'm asking is for you guys to just cancel me out?.
