    I received a call about missing an appointment. I believed the caller to be extremely rude and condescending. I understand that it’s my responsibility to keep the appointment but there is no need to them to be unprofessional. Once I called to reschedule the appointment they told me I must take my google review down before I can continue coming. In the state of Maryland and possibly the US this is a crime and against FTC requisitions. I do say the dentists and dental assailants are nice good people but the front desk personal make it very difficult to give this place a good review.
