    On Friday, February 23rd *************************************************************************************************** **** then informed me and my wife who I had to let know what he was saying and which I called her on video call,**** informed us that we would need grounding wire and a rod because our electric was not grounded to the earth . My wife and I both asked him how much those supplies would cost he said around $200 ! Following that quote my wife and I pulled all the different types and grades and rods would cost . They cost no more than $51.50! Now this is after me asking him for a week prior for the written contract so we would have time to read over it . I contacted him a few times about it and he reassured me not to worry if anything he'll bring it the day of the work to be completed. He never came with a contract and it took me 5 days to get the receipts emailed to me for tax purposes. After I get them and see that he only spent $51.50 I asked for my refund and his services were no longer needed. His office manager *** wrote me back and said there was miscommunication on mine and my wife's part and there would be no refund ! To this very day I have not received a copy of a contract and said there would be no use for one now the work has already been completed! And to NOT contact them anymore for anything and thanked me for my business but said there'd be no future work done by their company. And I should keep in mind that slander is what they will get me for if I report it to my park manager or the BBB! So I thought I'd take a chance and ask you for your help. Thank you
