    On 12/21/2022 I put my ***** cd player ( which cost me $8000.00 dollars ) in the shop at Just Audio. The clerk at the desk informed me that they do work on my unit . So I paid them a $60.00 deposit and explain to them that the unit work great, but the cd draw stop opening. On 02/04/2023 I paid an additional $564.15 dollars for the replacement of two belts, which I knew I was being over charged: , but I went on and paid it. To make a long story short when I tried to play a cd on the unit the cd drawer did open but the cd didn't play. On 2/13/23, I called to talk with the manager & the clerk said the manager was busy could he help. I was explaining my issue to the clerk & he rudely hung up on me. up the phone on me . I believe that they damage my unit . In the past , they worked on my Pioneer reel-to-reel tape recorder which I paid them almost $800.00 dollars , and had to take it back several times before it was repaired properly. I had to drive an hour each way & pay tolls each time I brought my unit to be repaired. I am a disabled vet with a bad heart & other health conditions & this situation has been very stressful for me.

    The customer just picked up the repair on 2/4/2023, we provide a 90 day warranty. We are not going to just refund the repair without first validating there is an actual problem or given a chance to fix the issue it may be having. We have a great reputation standing behind our repairs and our warranty. If technicians find the unit is unable to be repaired then we would certainly refund the repair. The customer needs to bring it back in for an evaluation.
