    I Hope My Experience Helps Others To Avoid This Sham.
    Firstly I will begin--
    Bay Country Used Broadcast Gear- *SCAM!
    They are just another On-Line Seller peddling used gear at *your risk.
    The owner named Steve *********** begins his pitch with Fancy Names
    and Fake Descriptions for very old gear!
    Such as OLD NEW STOCK / FACTORY REFURBISHED Etc ..
    BayCountry.com peddles old used audio gear all over **** and few other sites.
    On January 2023- I was Dumb Enough to make a purchase with BayCountry.com aka (Steve ***********).
    December 2022-
    Steve *********** posted an Optimod Orban 8400 for sale on **** as New Old Stock!
    We spoke on phone, The unit would be discounted if I were to Purchase the gear *Outside of **** to avoid Steve *********** getting hit with High Seller Fees.
    I made the mistake and agreed to purchase *Outside of **** and was All Downhill from there..
    The Chassis arrived in Good Condition with no apparent damages from shipping.
    However, I will spare you all the fine details of the assortment of Defects within the unit.
    I received a Fake-Bill-of-Goods and BayCountry.com refused to Help, Refund nor Honor the sale in any way shape or form.
    I am told that Steve *********** from BayCountry has been selling used old gear with False Description for over 20 Years.
    Kinda Makes You Wonder How Many People Got Hustled from Steve *********** for the past 20 years.
    At the tune of $3,004.00 This was a Costly Lesson for me.

    He has his facts completely wrong. In over 25 years in business this is the first guy who didn't follow directions to rectify the issues he had with the purchase. He was offerd phone help with how to use the unit and when that didn't work he wanted to return it after 30 days. We don't know what he did to in in those 30 days but offered to take a look at it at the Orban Legacy Center and he simply didn't return it. His review is lacking truth and is insulting to my business. Where I come from NO refund is even considered unless the purchase is returned. By the way two unfounded complaints from two wackjobs in over 25 years ain't bad.
