    We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Quamina Image, LLC as our wedding photographer. It has been almost three years since our wedding, and we feel compelled to share our disappointment and frustration with their services. On the day of our wedding, we were unaware that the livestream capability promised by Quamina Image, LLC was not working until we received the link that morning. This left us with no time to properly inform our guests who were unable to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions. Many of our loved ones who were eagerly waiting online were left sorely disappointed. Furthermore, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive both the digital proofs and the edited video footage. We had to repeatedly request our digital proofs which took close to one year to receive, and nearly two years to obtain and resolve our edited video footage. To our dismay, our wedding video was filled with dead space, riddle with skipping, and sentimental moments, such as the back of my wedding gown and other key standard footage that is captured by wedding photographers were completely missing. We left feeling oversold and let down by the photographer's lack of professionalism and attention to detail. As a supposed remedy, the Quamina Image, LLC offered to do a reshoot, provide a wedding album and gift us dinner over a year ago. We accepted Quamina Image, LLC offer in good faith, but to this day, we have not received the promised wedding album or dinner. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone calls, text messages and emails, all of our message have been blatantly ignored. It is important to note that Quamina Image, LLC was insistent on receiving full payment before rendering any services, yet Quamina Image, LLC have failed to uphold their end of the contractual agreement. This level of dishonestly and deceptive business practices is deeply unfortunate and unacceptable.
