    This company illegally claims payments were returned and not paid. Somehow they magically disappear from their payment terminals and then they can't provide any proof. They have not sent any communications prior to their first communication that they're sending us to collections. When trying to work out a payment plan with them they've ignored all communications with them. When asked for any kind of proof that the payment was returned by the bank they can't provide anything, they simply say they're sending you to collections without a payment plan but then refuse to setup a payment plan. We are working with our attorneys regarding this information. We've also already filed a formal complaint with *************************.
