      SYNLawn did not uphold their standards for quality work. Spent up to $20K and the turf was laid down incorrectly and had to done over by another company. Poor service from all individuals including customer service and the landscapers. Complete disappointment with the work and the serviced provided by SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay. Kaitlyn ****, Owner.

      Unfortunately, this was not the case. We installed a project for them in April of 2023. They were thrilled with us and the work that they contacted us to install a second area for them later in 2023. While installing the second area, there were some extra demands thrown into the mix such as sorting and cleaning rocks, cleaning up leaves, etc. that were not a part of our contract. We did issue a change order for that which caused *** to start leaving bad reviews for our company. *** then had a section of turf pull up, so we sent our PM and a foreman out there immediately to see what was going on since we provide a warranty our installation work and we do stand behind our work. We realized that the crew missed securing a small section and it was addressed as soon as we were notified. *** was happy with the final result, and we agreed to split the change order invoice. *** also agreed to remove the negative reviews.
      They recently reached out about a free maintenance. We said we could not provide a free maintenance for them but advised they could sign up for our annual maintenance program. They apparently hired another company to complete a maintenance on the turf. *** called our PM and said this new company pulled up the turf while working and wanted us to come fix the area. We told him that unfortunately we could not do that since they disrupted their warranty by having another company come in but that the company should fix the turf that needed adjusting. He was not happy that we would not repair his turf, for free, that was damaged by others, and has resorted to posting negative reviews again.
      For him to state that we do not stand by our work, or we are a disappointment, isn't very fair considering we fixed the area we missed as soon as we were notified. We have answered every single call/text/email even when they are completely outside of business hours.
