    2/15/25, 2/23/25, 2/27/25 Paid deposit of $300 for official quote of $860 Damage to wedding gown that cost $2,945 This seamstress ruined the complete shape of my dress and lied about cutting fabric in the dress. My dress came back to me with a stain, holes from where they sewed and redid, fabric was dirty, hem completely hacked, irregular pulling of the fabric, zipper with a hole (opening) hair, glitter, changed amount of pleats and moved them entirely, removed inside lining and reattached so the lining shows from outside of the dress and interior cups now resewn on outside of lining, the length torso was shortened so that the breast portion laid lower than my actual chest, a slit was created that is as high as my upper thigh. I tried dress on again on 2/23/24 and voice my concerns and she says trust me its bc this that and the other and my dress will look beautiful. She dismissed my concerns and claims nothing was changed different on the dress they just pulled in tighter but nothing is cut. On 2/27/25 I was promised my dress would be fixed and I arrived my dress was wet inside a plastic garment bag inside my bridal bag. She dry cleaned, steamed so its wet, it was filthy with her hair and dust from floor. She promised to pay for the dress and once given the invoice we would trade $ for dress (she wanted to keep). 20 mins after leaving I get a call that I must pay for alterations $800 (a stop payment as dress was not completed and concerns were not met) and that she will not pay for my dress. She said the owner will call me but when I booked her she said she is the owner. I now have 2 weeks to get a new dress for my wedding.
