  I hired Amazing Construction LLC in April of 2023 for stamped concrete patio. I paid $7,000 cash. During this process, my mailbox was hit and my white vinyl fence was damaged. The company took care of the damages. Now, when it came time to reseal my patio,Daisy or Dasi who is the manager kept putting the reseal off because of her own scheduling conflicts which I have in text. There were was a lot of discoloration on the patio because the year was even up. Way before the year was up. Per the contract, they were to fix anything. Because of Daisy’s scheduling conflicts, the repairs were done after the year which is in text. When Daisy and her worker came out in the summer in June, the seal bubbled up and there were clear bubbles on parts of the patio. Initially Daisy would not come back out to fix this new problem that she created until I said I was going to put this on social media. Daisy came out a second time with her husband in June again and the seal did the exact same thing and to this day, the color is still coming off. I have clear bubbles on my patio and a clouded coat that almost looks like black ice that is cracked. Daisy and her husband also left my hose on in my backyard which I have on camera. Daisy and her husband also left their shoe prints on my patio and once again damaged my fence. The sealer is on the fence and has hardened and won’t come off the door. Daisy agreed to pay me $500 for the new damages and I never received my money or any type of compensation. This company is unprofessional and now I have to find someone to fix my patio. I have dated stamped video, and picture evidence of all of this.

  We Amazing Construction LLC and the team would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
  Although we have a different recollection of events, we prioritize our customers’
  satisfaction. Our team did hit your mailbox, and it slightly moved as a result,
  but at that time it was not secured with anything other than dirt. We did not
  only move it back, but we secured it with concrete at no charge to you. As to
  the fence, we paid you the agreed amount. The bubbles in the concrete from the
  sealer are not a result of the time frame it was applied, but the weather which
  we have no control over. It was a very hot day in June and the sealer dries
  much faster than usual. We are more than happy to reseal it for you at no cost.
  The black stains in the pictures provided by you are a result of the grill
  being placed there before the cure time, which is 28 days. We are not responsible
  for any neglect from the client. We would like to come out and remove the
  sealer from the fence you have stated is there. The hair line cracks you have
  shown are completely normal to happen in concrete. What you need is yearly maintenance,
  we can do a grey antique release with sealer. We usually offer a one-year
  limited warranty for all projects done, which your project is past that 12-month
  term. The shoe prints are completely removable, and we would love to take care
  of it for you. We understand you are not satisfied with the outcome so we would
  like to offer you a solution. Please feel free to call us if you have any
  questions and/or would like to come to an agreement. We would be more than happy
  to solve this at your earliest convenience!
