Order # ******* Business charged my bank $79.96
03/11/23-I placed an order for items. I selected payment method bank card.
03/11/23-My bank was charged via *** *** which was not authorized. I do not have an active ****** account and do not want one. I emailed SBR to advise I did not authorize ****** payment.
03/13/23-I received an email with a tracking number that shows a Pre shipment label. As of today that has not changed, product has not shipped and I have been charged.
03/23/23- I sent another email to SBR asking for a response/and or refund. I also contacted *** *** who said the charges are valid even though my account with them was canceled long ago.
04/01/23-As of today, no product, no response to emails and no refund. There is no phone number available anywhere to call and *** *** also did not have a phone number for this business.

We apologize to Mrs. ***** for the unfortunate experience she had.

When a customer visits our website, sbrnutrition.com, and purchases items from our store, we use our own ****** account to process all transactions.  Unfortunately, Mrs. ***** misinterpreted the charge as coming from her own ****** account, which is not the case, as she mentioned, as she does not have one.

We provided Mrs. ***** with the tracking email on March 13 and have attached it to this case.  We were notified by ****** on March 30th that Mrs. ***** had opened a case against the transaction and ****** closed the case in our favor.

We do recognize that the tracking number has shown no movement, a common problem with **** as they have lost a lot of our shipments.

In light of the difficulty that Mrs. ***** has experienced and the fact that she never received her order, we have issued a full refund.  A copy of that refund transaction has been attached to this case.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we caused.  Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this matter.

I purchased a trace mineral drop from this company and it contains 190 proof alcohol which is not listed on the label. I proceeded to get very sick and it turned my water a very dark color. I tried to resolve it with the seller, but they said I had to return the item back and I live in the country and there was no way for me to get it back to them. I requested them to send a call tag and they refused. I could have died or become extremely ill and go to the ER because of this product. If I had children and they got a hold of it those children could be dead now. They have taunted and tease me in the emails. Their products are very dangerous.

The consumer is mistaken and has made false claims against our product, our brand, and our company.

The product contains organic grape alcohol NOT 190 proof alcohol. I have attached a PDF label of the product for review and consideration. The customer was informed of this difference but refused to acknowledge the difference. Also consumer refused to send back product to us after requested that the product be sent back. All of this information is available through eBay dispute system and the trail of information therein.

Customer wrote: "This product contains alcohol! It tastes like I'm drinking straight alcohol. I want just minerals for my water for my family. This is gross and unsafe. Holy heck. I can't believe anyone sells this. Please give me a refund so I can buy drops WITHOUT any booze in them. I have opened it, but you can send a call tag for it."

We responded: "Thank you for contacting SBR Nutrition. I am sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with this product. The organic grape alcohol is a preservative; not any more than found in a ripe banana. I have tried to refund you but I am unable to do so since you have opted to send back the product. Wishing you the best."

Customer responded: "I'm on my computer now. Can you refund my money on Paypal so I can dispose of this toxic poison in my household? The Paypal people asked me to ask you. Otherwise, it takes some time if you don't respond."

We responded: "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, all of our transactions go through eBay, not PayPal. I apologize for your negative experience with our product. I am happy to provide full refund upon receipt of the return."

Customer responded: "You will have to send a call tag for it, I am simply not paying for shipping back to you on a small bottle of alcohol. I live out in the country I'm not anywhere close to UPS and UPS would cost me $10 just to get it to you. I am definitely not paying for it. This is a defective product that made me sick all day long, in fact I'm still sick. If you want to send a call tag for it you can, but I am not excepting a product like this into my home. Please send a call tag for it and I will keep it on my counter. It is one small bottle that was 1999 with a broken seal that you cannot resell. I have informed PayPal that your product had toxic alcohol in it that made me very sick and ruined my water. I don't even want it in my house anymore. If a child got a hold of this they could become very sick. PayPal will refund me my money. And I will show them this email that you sent me. Again if you would like your product back you can send a call tag for it, but it is not incumbent upon me to send it back to you. We can go back-and-forth on this, but I will prevail. I am not happy. If you see my reviews I have 100%. I have purchased thousands upon thousands of products. My next step will be got to go to the Better Business Bureau."

We responded: "When you submitted a dispute, we acknowledged the dispute to eBay, thereby honoring your dissatisfaction with the product.

At that point, eBay gave us the option to request return, which we accepted. We opted for a return request because you have made some very serious allegations about our product - so it is only fair for us to have the opportunity to test this batch to confirm or refute what you are claiming.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration."

Customer responded, "I live out in the country and there would be no possible way after you sent me a nasty product that I would pay $10 for a $20 item to get an open bottle of alcohol sent back to you. That is nothing but preposterous. You should've just credited the money back. Or sent a call tag. In which case he would just have to receive the product back and destroy it since it contains 190 proof alcohol. I live in the country and I'm nowhere close to a UPS or a federal express or a post office. There would be no way for me to get it back to you and track it to make sure that you didn't lie to me and say you didn't receive it. I would need tracking on that. Nonetheless PayPal gave me my money back, but that doesn't mean that I'm done with you. I work in the healthcare field, and you should really let people know that there's 190 proof alcohol in your products to make them very sick. I was sick all day long I couldn't even focus. Some people have brain injury such as myself and cannot tolerate any types of alcohol. This is one of the worst products I have received in my entire existence. And for you to play around with me and not even give me 1999, will be not worth it for you."
