    We used clear restoration for remediation after a house fire, both structure and contents. They took all items out of our house and told us that even if things were damaged, we could ask them to keep them. Their pictures were extremely blurry and hard to go through, so it was taking us some time. When we requested our jewelry, they claimed they don’t take it. Then, they said the dish I was talking about was in a damaged inventory box. They sent me a picture and it was different than the picture that had been provided to us, ours you could barely see it at the bottom of a box. I asked if we could save that box and they stated they had already disposed of it even though they said they don’t dispose of anything without consent, and that we could save items. They said they opened the dish and it was empty which I know is not true, that dish had never been empty since I owned it for 15 years. There were 3 sentimental items in the dish, two of them 70-80 year old valuable heirlooms. I believe they were either disposed of prior to our consent or stolen. Their contract is vague but they spoke to us many times about our ability to save sentimental items, which we took as a verbal contract.
