    Christian W******* and Empower roofing took all of the stress and anxiety out of the process by being timely consummate professionals that immediately went to work and did an amazing job that was finished in no time. Christian and Empower are number one in my book!

    OUTSTANDING! The entire project was handled with true professionalism from start-to-finish. Their project manager, Christian W., communicated with me whenever necessary and was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. Their Master Roofer, Cooper, is a true expert in the field, in both knowing how to assess what's needed and in executing the right repair with best-in-the-business RESULTS. I truly felt that I was "in good hands" all along the way, with sound and reliable recommendations for making the project successful. On the day the project was done, every member of the crew was courteous, well-trained, hard-working, and efficient. And the end result-- my new roof-- is GORGEOUS. Empower Roofing truly goes the extra mile to deliver an amazing, high-value service. I'd absolutely recommend them-- with ZERO reservations-- to even my family and closest friends.

    Nick from Empower Roofing was a total professional. He was very communcative and helpful through every step of the process from the initial inspection, dealing with the insurance company adjusters and through the installation. We have a great looking roof that was completely covered by our insurance. As soon as the insurance approved the roof replacement we had an install date set for the following week. The install was completed quickly and efficiently in one day. Thanks Empower for the great service.

    Our roof was damaged from a wind storm. Replacement of a roof can be complicated, and insurers are not motivated to pay even when there is clear evidence of damage that is beyond repair. Jake S**** from Empower Roofing helped us through this long process, from roof inspection, working with insurance adjusters, communication with the insurance agency, facilitating an independent assessment, and explaining the roof replacement process. Jake set our minds at ease and was responsive to every inquiry. Roof replacement took less than a day, and looks wonderful. I highly recommend Empower Roofing.

    Christian was great! Roof looks great! Insurance paid for it. He helped me through the insurance process. I called him over to help me with a solar issue that ***** refused to help with. Not only did he help me with that and help explain exactly how the solar that ***** sold me worked but he helped me recover the grants that I was supposed to receive.

    I gotta shout out Empower-Roofing LLC for the absolute BEST service experience. They’re the “Real Deal”….From day one until we finalized the deal they took the wheel and handled EVERYTHING. I personally want to thank my service guy Nick U****** for staying in constant communication with me to keep me “in the know” with frequent calls, texts, and emails to let me know step by step what would happen next. If I had any questions or concerns I can call him and he usually answers right away…..but if he can’t pick up he’ll shoot me a quick text to let me know that he’ll call me right back and he always did. The first thing I took notice to when meeting Nick for the first time was the fact that he took it upon himself to take off his shoes before entering my home and that’s when I knew I was dealing with a great customer service professional. He made all of the phone calls that were necessary to get the ball rolling with my claim and the end result was my entire roof was replaced and paid for by the insurance company. I only had to pay the deductible which was $500. Now that’s a “Big Deal” and Empower-Roofing LLC made it happen. The whole roof was replaced in one day and their guys did àn EXCELLENT job….and I was equally impressed with the “clean up”. They cleaned up so good that you wouldn’t even know that they were even there. Professionalism @ it’s best. These are the guys you want to call for all of your roofing needs! THANKS GUYS

    I am very pleased with the roof replacement job that Empower Roofing performed on my property. Mr Christian W******* was very knowledgeable in articulating the damage done by the windstorm and presenting it to my insurance company . His labor team were very professional and made sure they cleaned up after the job.
