    On May 13, 2023 myself alone with 21 other senior citizens from *** *** *******, Senior Apartment accompanied by Two other buses Loades of people from 5 other senior communities on a Mother's Day/concert bus trip to Alancia City. We were promised an arrival at ************* in Alancia City at 4pm in order to have 2 hours of play time at the casino and make the concert on time. We were supposed to arrive at the ******** Casino. instead we were told at the last moment. That we were going to the Resort which is 1.3 miles away and we had to find our own way to the *********, it was raining that day and dark outside we were charged extra for other forms of transportation.. more to come want a refund of 346 for two tickets

    I paid $516.00 for 4 seats for a Mothers Day/Birthday Trip to Atlantic City Trip that included 2 Concert Tickets to see ********, ****** ****,more, and *** On May 13, 2023. What was promised was: . ********* Casino 3 Blocks from Concert Venue . Pich-up & Drop off a Senior citizen facilities . Award wining snack bags . Light Lunch . Conser goers 5pm-7pm at & Concert 7pm-10pm . Those not attending concert 5 hours at casino 5pm-10pm What we got was: . Arriving at the Resort Casino at 7:20pm after being on the bus for 7 hours because of the many unscheduled stops to pi ck other pepple, . The Resort Casino 1.3 miles from Concert venue - which left everyone having to find there own way in the rain to get there and back to the bus ourselves cost ranging from $20-60 (Elderly and Disabled Seniors) and received 0 hours in the casino. Concert goers . casino goers were promised 5 hours only got 3 hours I would like a full refund and I believe that this was a scam and that they prayed on a voidable senior population (piking up from at least 5 senior communalities, No one from this company has reached out to me.
