  I was approached by a man named ****** ****** to have my driveway seal coated. I promised he used only the best quality material and came to the house with what appeared to be the appropriate equipment to get the job done. I paid a flat $400 for seal coating and also for crack filling in my driveway. He realized that he didnt have enough crack filler to finish the job correctly and promised to return to add the additional crack filler. He claims to have come to my house several times and i was not home, this may be accurate but he had my cell phone number and did not attempt to arrange a good time to do this work. I reached out to him a few times after the original application, not once did he give me a day and time while i reached out to him he continued to say that he stopped at the house several times and i wasnt home. I was not sitting at my house days at a time waiting for him to return. A phone call is all it would have taken to accomplish a convenient time for both of us. I am looking for him to come back and finish the job as originally promised, as the original application is already not looking like it will last.

  October 16th Johnny ****** *** ***** ******* came to my door and presented a business card with Top Notch Seal Coating on it. Offering a driveway sealant be applied with a 4 year warranty. We agreed on a price of $850 dollars. When the first arrived they were in a burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe, when they returned to do the work they were in a blue ford pickup with TJC logos on the doors. The applied the coating, gave me a very faded receipt ( like it had been photocopied too many times) and left. The next week the coating had dissipated around the edges of the driveway completely, and there are many bare spots with black stripes where they clearly did not apply enough material. I called and got an immediate answer, they promised to return that week and redo the driveway. They never returned. I have called and left 4 voicemails over 3 weeks with no return call. When calling from a phone number other then mine, a man answered, said he would be out in the next two days, he never showed up.

  On july 7,23 owner of business pulled into my driveway saying he had product leftover and was trying to use it up before going into hospital next day. He asked for $800 I asked if he would do for $700 and he accepted. He offered to sealcoat my driveway and it would be thick & gritty. There were clouds overhead. They said their cell phones weather app said no rain in my area and product only needed 40 minutes to cure. They got to end of my driveway and it started pouring ! They promised to return and check job Monday and collected payment and left. After bout 30 min of very hasn't rain I noticed that asphalt was slashed all over my concrete walkway, garage doors, concrete garage flooring and on antiques inside of garage. I called owner and told him, he said he would be out Monday to clean up. Most of asphalt was washed Away from rain on driveway. Husband came home from work and said once asphalt set up it would be near impossible to remove. We spent 4.5 hrs cleaning up the mess. I called owner again next day n left message saying we had cleaned up horrible meds that was left. No return call. Called again Sunday. No answer. Called Monday and left another message. Monday evening 2 guys showed up to " respray" they did do VERY lightly. I've called daily since that evening to get driveway resprayed as I recieved a certificate from owner stating that they wanted happy customers and would satisfy and wrongs. I've left 6 voice mails and they will not call back or fix my zebra stripped driveway. At this point husband says he wished these people would have never showed up and driveway was in better shape before they came
