    On august 2022, you hounded us to make a deposit for $7100+ to make a deposit even though we
    told you that we are awaiting for our engineer to clear the permit. You pressed us to make a
    immediate deposit. Called and texted matthew numerous times.
    After a deposit was made via wire on 8/9, no final contract was sent to us to solidify the work
    statement and your sow was broad as discuss — we wanted a clear timelines of date when you will
    finish lot9. No avail and no clear define of what sow will be done but only by your words. Again, tyler
    also mentioned to us verbally that michelle will get the contract over to us. Nothing was received.
    When questioned numerous times when will you get started on the lot 9 site plan after our engineer
    confirmed that you can start - you were dead silence only to find out you didn’t have parts for you
    kubota. Lead time of 1 week waiting for you to get into the property.
    When our engineer asked for proper documents you failed to respond for a week… hindering our
    process for the driveway permitting. To later only find out your “laptop is broken “ and it’ll be fixed
    whenever.
    When you arrived into our property— 3 weeks went by; from august 14th - september 1st
    ,2022 and
    the site was far from finished.
    You over cleared more than 5000 sq ft, made a mess pushing brush piles, tree logs, didn’t follow the
    proper specs on site plan for lot 9, left the site a complete mess to only have our engineer properly
    explain to you on august 27th what needs to be done so we the owners of the property can be
    complaint. The day of our meeting was saturday morning, august 27th. You agreed to do the
    following; grade the soil, mulch the piles you left on our lot & put rocks down/ level it & also seed the
    exposed soil and clean up the area; none of those was done.
    Also prior to this meeting, you ghosted matthew a week & half prior and you were no show / no call.
    Then you called on a thursday prior to meeting you on saturday to only play it off as if you forgot the
    verbal agreement you made that wednesday of to clean up the mess you made at our property.
    When questioned, you denied and later admitted that you are “sorry”. Helping is the only thing you
    can offer.
    Your excuse to us was you didn’t have the proper lines for your equipment to work & you’d have to
    order it— another delay on your end. In which we also provided you a vendor who can provide you
    the specified lines you need for your hydraulic to work.
    You agreed that you will be in the property, august monday - thursday to get the job done that you
    agreed to.
    I visited the site on, tuesday, august 30th : nothing was done. Only to receive a text message from
    you tuesday midnight to pay $900+ because you did your run around to get the materials.
    So i agreed to pay for it; even though i shouldn’t have because of your mistakes - not following the
    site plans.
    I visited my property again on wednesday, 8/31 : no show and no call. You complained about not
    having enough time to “finish” the work, but i believe from the date of the deposit, the owner stated
    that it will only takes couple of days and it’ll be done in no time because it’s on 5000 sq ft. From that
    moment, we trusted your work ethic based on your words.
    But it is now clear to see why you have so many nightmare stories from your prior work site and ex
    employees. Now we see the true colors of how you scam people into “trusting” as friends and no
    avail once paid or a portion of payment is made.
    We gave you ample time from the date of the deposit 8/9 through 9/2 and nothing was done properly
    per the site plan.
    Again, we fired you for simple obvious reasons. No show, no call, no transparency; and it is clear to
    see, you only needed money and ghosted your work while you ask for more funds even though you
    have not completed per the site plan for lot 9. Then you short change is for running around for $900
    when i got the same materials for lessor of $300.
    We paid $7100+ to your owner of the company. She’s no where to be heard from— no final
    contracts, no confirmation. No remedy to the cost and time especially the issues you’ve done in our
    property.
    We’ve already given you numerous times to fix the issue but no avail. You are not to be found online,
    your phone # and email does not work.
