    I was driving behind one of their trucks, and randomly rocks started falling out the back and hitting my windshield. One at least the size of a quarter broke it. I contacted them to reconcile the unsecure load, and had sent photos in of the vehicle responsible from their fleet, and my windshield, and a quote for the replacement, but they have ignored me. Their customer service avoided my call after reporting, their customer service email did not respond, and their vice president is a fellow **** and ******** graduate in business who frankly doesn’t appear to have the skills to properly and ethically handle a situation the community has further informed me has happened before on other roads in Frederick driving. I believe in karma, and feel the most I am being left to do is cope with the fact that they are just a private nepotistic business that probably does usually pick up trash decently, but has no regard for the fellow humans on the road. There were witnesses in the car with me for this event as well, and I’m most disappointed in the unprofessionalism and cowardly approach.
