    I placed an order for a skate deck Order #**** on July 9 2022.On the website ************************************************************. I payed $100.98 including shipping and a small insurance. The website states that I would receive the order in 6-8 weeks. The ********* updated that they were having a delay. It is now June 16, 2023. They have not responded to multiple emails to cancel my order or have not provided me with emailed updates on the status when asked. I direct messaged on their ********* and was asked for an order number but they read my message and did not update if they were giving me the refund. It has been 11 months since the order and two weeks since my request to cancel. After reading reviews of the company this appears to have happened multiple times since 2021 and seems to be a scam or under managed to the point of multiple customers not receiving refunds or product, and not receiving update emails or information as well. I hope to get my money back. Thank you.

    This business claims to sell skateboards with original designs and accessories. They noted at time of purchase the time to shipping may be several months. The purchase was approximately I am now on 1 year and 4 months of back and forth emails claiming it is coming and now they have been completely unresponsive to all my emails. (See attachments).They did send me a package, claiming to be the skateboard I ordered, however the address was wrong by one number so the package was sent back. I never received any follow up when I brought this to their attention.Additionally, if you look on all their social media pages. It is full of people leaving comments inquiring when their order will be in with similar stories. Many of these people have given up on getting refunds or every seeing their skateboards that they ordered. (See the pictures I've uploaded from others comments I have gathered from their public discord and instagram pages)I've attached several documents.The two gmails conversations(pdf) are my email back and forth with the owner (**) aka **************************I also have attached a discord conversation I have had with the owner.All other uploaded documents are examples of other customers being strung along with promises of skateboards and encountering similar problems as myself.At this point I would just like my money back.
