    Very unprofessional. I got my hair dyed and braided on the 7th of July. I experienced extreme itching throughout scalp, face, hands, neck and ears upon leaving the Academy. I was treated by Urgent Care the very next day, my Primary Care physician, Prince Georges Hospital and a dermatologist within the next two weeks. Before she dyed my hair, I told the beautician that I had very sensitive skin and that I had been diagnosed with eczema at a very young age. I was never given a patch test and was not allowed to bring my own hair dye unless I had a note from a doctor. As a result, I have lost most of my hair, have experienced elevated high blood pressure and extreme anxiety attacks from itching. I have medical bills and I have been prescribed steroids and ointments. I met with the supervisor 3 weeks ago and explained in detail what I had been through including showing her pictures and got no apology nor any empathy. I was advised that her supervisor would contact me within the next week and I have not heard from anyone at all. I was diagnosed with Paraphenylendiamine ppd by the dermatologist (chemical reaction from the dye). I would like to be compensated for the medical bills, prescriptions and my pain and suffering.
