    I ordered from Bojangles on Friday the 25 at 830pm. I was suppose to receive my order by 9:38. I never received my order. I called ******** and Bojangles but lets be serious here for Bojangles to be a franchise where the only way a customer can contact you all is by email that you all never seem to respond to is ridiculous and by far the lowest business ethic there is. ******** could not provide a refund due to me ordering directly through the app. Whats concerning is the app gives no way of communication. I want my money for the food i never received
