    I contacted Monocacy Pest control to get rid of tiny black ants that tried to take over my bathroom. They were in the insulation in the crawl space under the bathroom and found every way possible to get in. I did my best to get rid of them on the top side, but I knew I needed a professional to rid the pets on the underside. Bud worked with me on my time schedule. He arrived on time and got to work finding the problem area. He treated the areas and treated the outside of the house as well as my bathroom. He guaranteed his work with a 14 day period. I am very pleased with the results. *** was polite, kind and very professional. I would highly recommend Monocacy Pest control to everyone that needs to get rid of any pests.

    Monocacy Pest Control is Outstanding,
    Monocacy Pest Control provided excellent customer service.
    I called Monocacy Pest Control to request an inspection for a VA refinance. Abby, in the front office, was kind, courteous and professional. Abby is an example of what all businesses should have, a person that is respectful and has the skills to talk to customers with a great attitude and provides customers with the information they are asking for. Abby was confident, very clear and easy to understand. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
    I made my appointment, and they were on time. Glen was very personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do, and he was very thorough. He inspected every room inside and inspected the exterior as well as the additional structures. Glen explained to me what he was looking for. When Glen was finished, he explained what documents I would receive and what I need to send to our lender.
    I received the report the same day. Outstanding.
    Other companies were far less professional and did not provide the information that Monocacy Pest Control did. Some other companies were also out for the money because they charged 5 times more. As far as I am concerned Monocacy Pest Control is a 5-star company and is also Veteran friendly.
